Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using NDOR.
Effective Date: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NDOR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NDOR. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
NDOR is a decision-support and document-analysis tool. It helps professionals review a small, carefully chosen set of documents and surfaces structure, inconsistencies, omissions, and patterns of risk. It is designed to support professional judgement, not replace it.
NDOR is not a legal services provider, a data-room tool, or a bulk-processing platform. It is not designed for indiscriminate ingestion of hundreds of documents, automated data-room review, end-to-end due diligence, or the production of work product intended to stand without professional sign-off.
NDOR outputs are generated by third-party language models and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, tax, clinical, or other professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for matters requiring expert judgement.
To preserve output quality, NDOR enforces input limits. The combined extracted text across all documents in a single analysis run must not exceed 400,000 characters for single-tool runs (Review, Sanity, Draft, Interpret) or 300,000 characters for orchestrated multi-step runs. Above these thresholds, runs are blocked; large sets must be split into smaller, focused runs.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Upload documents you do not have the right to analyse
• Use the Service to process illegal or prohibited content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have the right to upload and analyse documents you submit
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Reviewing and verifying all analysis outputs before relying on them for decisions
You acknowledge that NDOR analysis outputs are generated by AI systems and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any conclusions drawn from NDOR reports.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by NDOR and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of documents you upload and analysis outputs generated from your documents.
By using the Service, you grant NDOR a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the requested analysis. This license terminates when processing is complete, subject to your data retention preferences.
You may use analysis outputs generated by NDOR for your business purposes. You may not resell or commercially redistribute NDOR's underlying technology or services.
6. Payments and Credits
NDOR operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to perform document analyses. Credit pricing and packages are displayed on the Service.
• Credits are non-refundable once used for analysis
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice
• Failed analyses due to system errors will not consume credits
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDOR and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in analysis outputs
• Any decisions made based on NDOR analysis outputs
NDOR's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NDOR in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NDOR, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Documents you upload to the Service
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. NDOR may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. NDOR may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
11. AI Output Limitations
NDOR uses advanced AI systems to analyse documents and generate structured decision outputs.
While NDOR is designed to provide accurate and useful analysis, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
Users should independently review and verify critical information before relying on any analysis produced by NDOR.
12. AI Liability Protection
NDOR is an analytical software platform designed to assist professionals in evaluating complex documents and decisions.
NDOR produces analytical observations, not legal advice. Outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance.
NDOR provides structured analysis intended to support human judgement. NDOR does not make decisions and does not replace professional legal, financial, or advisory services. Use of the Service does not create a professional, fiduciary, or lawyer–client relationship between the user and NDOR.
The Service is not intended for bulk ingestion of documents, automated data-room review, end-to-end due diligence, or the production of work product to be relied upon without professional sign-off.
Users remain responsible for evaluating NDOR outputs and making final decisions based on their own professional judgement. NDOR does not provide legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or regulatory advice.
