Understanding NDOR and how it works
Capability References
These documents are generated directly from NDOR's source code. They are the most current explicit reference for what NDOR does, how it handles your data, and the value it delivers tool by tool.
What NDOR Is
NDOR is a decision-support platform.
It helps you:
- Understand complex documents faster
- Identify key terms, risks, and obligations
- Translate content into plain language
- Prepare for professional consultations
It is designed to make documents more accessible and easier to discuss with qualified professionals.
What NDOR Is Not
NDOR is not a substitute for professional advice.
- It does not provide legal advice
- It does not provide financial advice
- It does not provide medical advice
- It cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness
Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
How Document Uploads Work
NDOR supports various document formats:
- PDF documents
- Word documents (.docx)
- Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xlsm)
- Images (PNG, JPG, HEIC)
- PowerPoint presentations (.pptx)
Your documents are processed securely and not stored after analysis.
Before Payment
Before you pay, you can:
- Browse all tools and features
- Review pricing information
- Create an account
- Prepare your document or text
- Choose the analysis type you need
- Select the number of documents (for multi-doc analysis)
- Review the total cost before checkout
Credits are deducted when you run an analysis. Cost varies based on document size, processing mode, and complexity.
After Payment
After payment, you can:
- Upload your document(s)
- Review extracted text before analysis
- Run the analysis
Your execution permit is valid until used. Once you run an analysis:
- View and copy the results
- Save the summary to your account
- Purchase another execution if needed
Results remain visible on screen until you navigate away or refresh.
Image-Based Documents
For scanned documents and images:
- We use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract text
- Quality depends on image clarity
- Always review extracted text before running analysis
For best results, use clear, high-resolution images with good lighting.
File Size Limits
Current limits:
- Maximum file size: 10MB per document
- Maximum documents: 3 per analysis (for multi-doc)
- Text input: Up to 50,000 characters
For larger documents, consider splitting them or extracting key sections.
●How the Tools Work Together
Each tool serves a specific purpose:
NDOR Review
Deep analysis of document content. Identifies key terms, risks, obligations, and provides structured insights.
Best for: Contracts, agreements, policies, financial documents
NDOR Interpret
Understand meaning and translate documents with tone preservation.
Best for: Technical documents, legal jargon, multi-language needs
NDOR Sanity
Quick consistency and logic check for your documents.
Best for: Proposals, reports, presentations before submission
NDOR Draft
Generate new documents based on your requirements and source material.
Best for: Creating summaries, responses, formal letters
NDOR Orchestration
Multi-ToolDescribe your objective and NDOR proposes the right combination of tools as a structured validation workflow. It reads your intent, selects the appropriate tools, shows estimated credits with multi-tool discounts, and presents the full workflow for your confirmation before anything runs.
Best for: Multi-step analysis, complex objectives requiring more than one tool, higher-complexity workflows
You can use tools independently or combine them for comprehensive analysis.
Each analysis consumes credits from your balance. Purchase credits as needed.
Start with Review for deep analysis, use Orchestration for multi-tool objectives, or pick any tool directly.
Data Storage Policy
Your privacy matters. Here is how we handle your data:
Documents you upload:
- Are processed in memory only
- Are not permanently stored
- Are deleted after processing completes
- Are not used to train AI models

Saved Summaries
When you click Save after an analysis:
- The analysis output is saved to your account
- You can access it from the Saved page
- You can delete saved summaries at any time
- The original document is never saved
Only the analysis output is stored, not your original documents.
You have full control over your saved data.
Privacy & AI Training
We take your privacy seriously:
- Your documents are never used to train AI models
- Your data is never sold or shared with third parties
- We use enterprise-grade AI APIs with data protection agreements
- All data transmission is encrypted
Your documents are processed, not collected.
Your Responsibility
When using NDOR, you are responsible for:
Understanding that NDOR provides analytical insights, not professional advice.
- Reviewing all extracted text before running analysis
- Consulting qualified professionals for important decisions
- Using NDOR as a starting point, not a final authority
NDOR helps you understand and prepare - the final decisions are yours.
Why NDOR has per-run character limits
NDOR is built to produce analysis you can defend, not to summarise large volumes quickly. Each run is bounded by a deliberate character ceiling so the model can reason over your full document set rather than degrade to a summary of a summary.
Single-tool runs (Review, Sanity, Draft, Interpret) accept up to 400,000 characters of combined user-derived text. Orchestrated multi-step runs accept up to 300,000 characters, because each step has to fan out to the next without the context window growing unbounded.
If your run is accepted, the full content you uploaded reaches the language model — there is no second truncation downstream. NDOR's own prompts and reasoning context are added on top of your content, never in place of it.
If you are working on a larger set — a full tender pack, a bundle of reports, a small data room — split it into focused sub-sets, run each independently, and combine the findings with your professional team. This is a deliberate product stance, not a temporary workaround.
Each run surfaces a live character counter. From 150,000 characters an amber warning appears; above the limit the run is blocked until you reduce the set. There is no batching mode and no silent truncation.
