Common Questions
How do credits work?
Purchase credits and use them for decision analyses. Each run deducts credits based on document size and processing mode. You see the exact cost before running.
Do I need a subscription?
No. NDOR uses pay-as-you-go credits. Purchase credits when you need decision intelligence — no recurring charges.
Can I use multiple tools on the same document?
Yes. Each tool produces a separate decision output that consumes credits independently. Run Review first, then Interpret if needed.
How do I purchase credits?
Credits can be purchased via Stripe. All major credit cards are accepted.
Is there a refund policy?
Since decision outputs are delivered instantly, credits used for analysis cannot be refunded. You can review extracted text and see the exact credit cost before running.
A note on scope. NDOR runs are priced for focused, high-quality analysis — not bulk processing. Combined extracted text across all documents in a single run is capped at 400,000 characters for single-tool runs (Review, Sanity, Draft, Interpret) and 300,000 characters for orchestrated multi-step runs; large sets should be split into smaller, focused runs. NDOR is a decision-support tool, not a due-diligence platform or a substitute for qualified professional review.
