About NDOR

Who builds NDOR

NDOR is developed and operated by IAA Energy Resources Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11583381).

IAA Energy Resources was founded in the energy sector — an industry where the cost of a bad decision is measured in capital destroyed, contracts voided, and reputations that don't recover. That background shaped everything about how NDOR was built: not as a general-purpose AI assistant, but as a structured analytical process for decisions that carry real consequence.

NDOR is the company's decision-intelligence platform.

Why NDOR exists

Most people commit to things they do not fully understand.

Not because they are careless — but because modern documents are complex, time is limited, and professional advice is expensive.

A contract review from a solicitor costs hundreds of pounds and takes days you don't have. A financial model reviewed by a senior analyst requires access you may not have. A business case scrutinised by someone who will push back — honestly, rigorously, without an agenda — is rarer still.

NDOR exists to close that gap.

Not to replace professional judgment. To make sure yours is properly informed before you use it.

How NDOR is different

Most AI tools behave like conversations. You ask. They respond. The quality of the output depends heavily on the quality of your question.

NDOR behaves like a process.

You define your objective. NDOR determines what kind of analysis the document requires and applies it — structured, bounded, and explicit. The output is not a response. It is a report: risks identified, assumptions tested, reasoning examined, and conclusions supported by evidence.

The difference matters when you are accountable for what you approve.

Examples of this approach can be explored in the Benchmark Library.

What NDOR is — and what it isn't

NDOR is a decision-support tool for professionals reviewing documents that carry consequence: contracts, financial models, business cases, investment memos, proposals, technical reports, and related materials.

It is designed for focused, high-quality analysis of a carefully chosen document set.

NDOR is not a legal services provider. It is not a data-room tool. It is not a bulk-processing platform. It is not designed for indiscriminate ingestion of hundreds of documents, end-to-end due diligence, or the production of work product that stands without professional sign-off.

NDOR produces analytical observations, not legal advice. Outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance.

Who NDOR is for

NDOR is used by professionals who will be held accountable for what they approve.

The founder about to sign a vendor contract without time to commission a solicitor review. The consultant whose recommendation needs to hold up under scrutiny next week. The analyst presenting a financial model to an investment committee who needs to know where it's fragile. The executive approving a business case who will be asked about it in twelve months.

If you are the person in the room who has to stand behind the decision — NDOR is built for you.

The meaning of the name

NDOR draws from Igbo linguistic roots associated with seeing clearly, understanding, and recognition.

It reflects a belief that clarity is not speed. It is seeing properly before acting.

NDOR was originally developed under the working name ClarityVault. The name changed. The principle did not.

Built with a single constraint

Every design decision in NDOR is tested against one question: does this help the person see more clearly before they commit?

Not faster. Not more conveniently. More clearly.
